Gather your supplies

Are you ready for your spring cleaning project? Good for you! But before the cleaning day, it is a good idea to gather all your cleaning materials, rubber gloves and trash bags in one place.

On cleaning day, keep all your cleaning materials in one bucket and make sure they’re within reach so you won’t waste time so your won’t waste time walking back and forth whenever you need something. We also recommend pouring liquid cleaners in a smaller bottle or a spray bottle so you won’t have to bring the entire bottle with you. This will not only help you save time, it also makes the cleaning process faster.

Clean those forgotten places

We know that you’re making an effort to clean your home on a regular basis, but sometimes, we tend to overlook certain areas like the area under the bed, under the couch, behind certain appliances, behind the toilet etc. Now that you’re deep cleaning, you might as well tackle these forgotten areas.

Go room by room

Jumpstart your spring cleaning by tackling one area of your home at a time. If you are looking to clean the entire house over the weekend, we suggest that you set a timer and decide how much time you’re going to spend in each room. Maybe you can start with your bedroom and then bathroom next. Then, spend the afternoon cleaning the living room, kitchen and laundry area. Other rooms in your home shall be scheduled for cleaning the next day.

Tackling one room at a time helps you keep focused. Plus, the satisfaction of seeing one room sparkle will encourage you to tackle other rooms in your home.
